How to Order
Ordering, step by step.
A short, practical guide to placing your commission — what to choose, what to send us, and what happens after you check out.
Choose your piece
Browse the Shop and select the size or style you prefer — a full-body sculpture (13–25 cm), a framed portrait (5" or 8"), or the 10 cm hanging pendant. Add any optional accessories, angel wings, or an engraved name plate.
Submit your order
Place your order through the website and pay the 50% deposit at checkout. This reserves your place in our production queue and confirms your commission.
Send your pet's photos
Upload your reference photos on the product page, or email them to xuqingw086@gmail.com with your order number. The more angles you send, the truer the likeness.

Order confirmation
Once we've received your order and photos, we'll review everything and confirm the details with you by email. Production only begins after this confirmation, so nothing is left to guesswork.
Payment & balance
Checkout collects a 50% deposit — not the full price. Production starts once the deposit clears. When your piece is finished we email preview photos for approval, then send a secure invoice by email for the remaining 50%. You pay it online by card, exactly as you paid the deposit.

Shipping
Once the balance is paid, your Wool Ever Friend is carefully packaged and shipped worldwide with tracking. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.
